Privacy Policy
How Nexxgen Digital handles information submitted through this website. This is a working policy for a brochure and lead-generation site, not a substitute for legal advice.

Who we are
Nexxgen Digital is a digital services practice based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. For privacy questions, email hello@nexxgendigital.ca.
What we collect
If you submit the consultation form, we collect the fields you provide: name, business name, email, phone, optional website URL, services needed, approximate budget and project description. We also receive technical data the server needs in order to operate, such as IP address for rate limiting and security logs.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for payment card numbers, health information, or government identifiers through this website. Do not include sensitive personal information in the project description.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of the conversation. Analytics identifiers, if you configure them, are used to understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful. They are not hard-coded and remain off until you set environment variables.
Where it is stored
By default, consultation requests are written to a server-side log and, if you configure LEAD_NOTIFY_EMAIL, emailed to that address. Replace the default mailer with your own CRM or mailbox integration when you are ready. We do not sell enquiry data.
Cookies and analytics
A session cookie is used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Google Analytics loads only when GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is set.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived according to your operating process. Rate-limit files store hashed IP addresses temporarily.
Your rights
Depending on your province, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. Email us to make that request. We may need to verify that the request comes from the right person.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes to how we handle enquiries will be reflected here before they take effect.
